Speakers Roundtable & Poster Session Sponsorship
Exclusive opportunity for a participating sponsor. Includes exposure to universities, prime logo display and special mention on website/literature/Exhibitor Guide in association with the Poster Presentation. This sponsor has primary participation in judging of best posters and presentation of awards.
The Speakers' Round Table will be ExcipientFest Americas 2012 closing conference. It will take place on April 30th right after the last coffee break and will last about an hour and more if needed. Pharmaceutical Technology's Editor will be moderating the discussion and it will bring together experts representing principal sectors of our industry.
Select Sponsors are invited to exclusively sponsor the Cocktails on Tuesday April 30th and Wednesday May 1st from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. This opportunity for additional marketing features live music, food and draws 300 + attendees. Includes prime logo display/mention on web site, promotion literature, exhibitor guide and Logo on banner/drink tickets. Sponsor is welcome to contribute additional corporate promotional items and elements to the event.
Day 2 ($2,000)
Lunch Sponsorship: $1,500 /day
Lunch sponsorship provides an opportunity for additional marketing of your company to 300 + attendees having lunch at the luxurious Baltimore Ballroom at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel. Access is controlled by lunch tickets for each of the two days (11:30 AM-1:30 PM). The lunch sponsor can give a talk during the lunch and add promotional items to each table.
Includes: Prime logo display on individual lunch tickets. Banner of Logo at Lunch. Mentioned as lunch sponsor: Web Site, Program, Presentation Book. All additional marketing focus to promote the sponsor during the lunch is welcome.
The Roundabout Raffle: $200 /day (limited to 5 companies)
We have designed a fun incentive called “The RoundAbout” so that attendees will visit every booth on both days of the event. Two “RoundAbout” cards (one for each day) will be given to each attendee. This card lists a map of all booths and Exhibitors. Attendees will receive an individually numbered Exhibitor-sticker when they visit each booth. Card holders that have collected all the booths numbers will be able to participate in a raffle for quality business gifts at the end of each day. The sponsor has the option of contributing extra towards the quality of the gifts as well as creating additional promotion.
Coffee Breaks: $500 day
Sponsor logo will go on the very visible necklace that hold the name tags that are given to each attendee. The necklace/lanyard will be supplied by the sponsor (approximate quantity 600).
Advertising in the Program Guide:
The Program Guide is the principal literature piece of ExcipientFest and is distributed free to all attendees on both days. The guide contains the complete agenda, exhibitor information and abstracts of all presentations and speaker biographies. This book is kept as a technical reference for all attendees and tends to be collected throughout the years. This is an excellent and cost effective opportunity for corporate and product marketing.
