TIME SCHEDULE

ExcipientFest Americas will begin with Exhibitor’s set-up on Tuesday, April 21st.  The show and programs will begin at 9:00 am on Wednesday, April 22nd.  The floor will close at 5:30 pm on Wednesday night.  An off-site dinner and entertainment event will take place on Wednesday evening.

The show and programs will begin again on Thursday, April 23rd at 9:00 am. The show floor will close at 4:30 pm.  A networking and closing reception will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.  Exhibitors should break down their booths after that time.  Due to any changes in programs, the schedule may be subject to change.

Lunch breaks are scheduled and a buffet luncheon will be provided to exhibitors and attendees as part of their registration fee.
