Students, Professors and Industry Professionals
are invited to present posters at ExcipientFest- IRELAND.
|
The ExcipientFest- IRELAND Poster Session is an excellent opportunity to share your work and interact with colleagues from across the globe. A panel of judges from the European and international pharmaceutical industry will select the best two university posters and present awards. Participation of sub-graduate and graduate students as well as exhibiting industry professionals is highly encouraged. Posters should focus on topics related to Excipient Technology or Drug Application.

University Poster Participants will receive free admission to ExcipientFest- IRELAND.
(Industry Professionals not included.)

- All abstract submissions are required to be structured under these headings: Title, Author(s)/Company/Institution, Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

- The size of the abstract must be limited to 300 words or less and fit within one letter (8.5” x 11”) or A4 size page. We strongly recommend that you submit the abstract electronically using Microsoft Word.

- Authors may include tables and or graphics as long as the abstract does not exceed the letter (8.5” x 11”) or A4 size limitation. Tables and graphics must be embedded into the abstract text (not linked).

- All posters will be displayed during both days of the Seminar. Posters will be set-up and completely dismounted by authors. If author is not able to attend, ExcipientFest will be responsible for the mounting and dismounting of poster. Poster set-up: June 16th (Monday) 4:00PM-10:00PM / June 17th (Tuesday) 6:00AM-10:00AM. Poster take-down: June 18th (Wednesday) after 6:00PM.

- Bring only items which can be mounted on poster board. No electrical projection capabilities will be available. All items for posting must be prepared in advance. Graphic supplies will not be available.

- Poster board is aproximatly 2 meters wide by 1.5 meters high. Mounting surface (usable space) is 1.8 meters wide by 1.3 meters high. You are responsible for supplying your own materials for mounting posters. Do not use tape or other adhesive materials, or write/ mark the poster board. Thumb tacks or pins allowed.

- Numbers assigned will be displayed in the upper corner of each poster board by ExcipientFest.
